Its objectives are, among other things, to deal with all questions relating to Hellenic Subbuteo, to promote Subbuteo Table Football in a spirit of unity, solidarity, peace, understanding and fair play, without any discrimination on the part of politics, race, religion, gender or any other reason, to safeguard the values of Hellenic Subbuteo, promote and protect ethical standards and good governance in Hellenic and European Subbuteo, maintain relations with all stakeholders involved in Hellenic and European Subbuteo, and support and safeguard its member associations for the overall well-being of the Hellenic and European game.
HSA is a society entered in the register of companies under the Swiss civil code, and is neutral, politically and religiously. Its headquarters are located in Larisa, Thessalia. It is a National Association recognised by the European Subbuteo Governing Body UESA and World Subbuteo Governing body FISA, which is also based in Larissa, Hellas.
The organs through which HSA acts are the HSA Congress, the HSA Executive Committee, the HSA President and the organs for the administration of justice.
